CBRE facilitates sale of New Jersey office complex

The Hampshire Companies purchased a 98,459-square-foot office building from Siemens Shared Services, LLC. The four-story building is located in Iselin, N.J.

Jeffrey Dunne and Kevin Welsh of CB Richard Ellis's New York Institutional Group, represented the seller in the transaction, along with Jeffrey Babikian.

Located at 186 Wood Ave., the property is situated on more than 19 acres within the heart of Metropark, offering close proximity to New Jersey Transit, The Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike, I-287 and Routes 1 and 27. It is currently approved for 474,000 square feet of Class A office space.
