California retail center commands more than $2.6M

A developer has sold an 8,820 square-foot, single-tenant, net-leased property located in Oceanside, Calif., for $2.662 million.

Lior Regenstreif, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Encino office represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 4280 Via Rancho Rd., the property is currently leased by Childtime Learning Center.
