Orange County office complex sold to investment group

The Safari Technology Park

GFE Goddard Investment, LLC has purchased a 47,815-square-foot office complex in Irvine, Calif., from Edison Spectrum Partners, LLC.

Michael Hartel, Dan Vittone and Alan Pekarcik of Voit Real Estate Services's Irvine office represented the seller in the transaction, while Richard Pincott of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the buyer.

Located at 300 to 320 Goddard Way and known as The Safari Technology Park, the complex is comprised of three Class-A, two-story, tilt-up office buildings encompassing a total of 12 suites. It was constructed in 2002.
