Massey Knakal Realty Services has promoted agents Christoffer Brodhead, Meyrick Ferguson, Tom Gammino, Mark Lively and Swain Weiner to vice presidents of sales.
Brodhead joined Massey Knakal's Manhattan office in 1999 to spearhead the firm's efforts in the Midtown West/Clinton territory. So far, he has sold more than 50 buildings with an aggregate value of over $300 million.
Ferguson joined the firm's Manhattan office in 1999 specializing in the Upper West Side. Since 2005, he was involved in more than 40 transactions in the neighborhood totaling 80 buildings with an aggregate consideration of approximately $250 million.
Gammino has closed more than 55 transactions across all property types since joining the firm in 2003. He also headed up the evaluation of the Metropolitan Transit Authority portfolio, which included more than 14,000 properties throughout the Metro New York area.
Lively joined the firm in 2002 and has executed or has under contract more than 55 properties totaling approximately 240,000 square feet of existing buildings and 475,000 square feet of buildable space to be developed in Greenpoint and Williamsburg, for a total aggregate value of more than $80 million.
Weiner joined Massey Knakal in January 2003 as a Director of Sales in Queens, and was also among the top-tier producers on the sales recognition trip from 2004 through 2007.
