Colliers sells two buildings in California

by
Mill Valley-based investor GSI Realty purchased a 113,000-square-foot distribution building in North Hayward, Calif.

Sean Sabarese and Joe Yamin of Colliers International, Oakland, represented the buyer in the transaction, while the firm's Greig Lagomarsino represented the seller.

In a separate transaction, San Francisco-based investor Lowenberg Corporation purchased a 264,687-square-foot, three building project in Tracy, Calif. The project is a class A, multi-tenant industrial park. Greig Lagomarsino, SIOR of Colliers, Oakland as well as Michael Goldstein and Greg O'Leary of Colliers, Stockton represented both parties in the transaction.
