Marcus & Millichap list Virginia retail store for more than $10.2M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell a 67,100-square-foot retail store in Ashland, Va. The listing price is $10,241,052.

Michael J. Early, an associate vice president in the firm's Southern Virginia office, Tim Phillips, an investment specialist in the firm's Baltimore office and Jay Sloan, an investment specialist also in the Southern Virginia office are marketing the property.

Located at 10150 Lakeridge Parkway, the property accompanies Home Depot and small shop tenants such as Jersey Mike's Subs, and is home to a Gander Mountain store. It was constructed in 2007.
