NAI facilitates sale of Alaska mixed-use building

Forsythe Transportation, Inc. sold a 16,408-square-foot mixed-use building in Anchorage, Ala.

Deborah Luedy, CPM and Scott Martin, SIOR with NAI Capital's Pasadena office, along with Jack White Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction.

Located at 10560 Old Seward Highway, the property contains two 5,000-square-foot warehouses, one 4,220-square-foot office space, one 2,187-square-foot office/shop and an additional 1,220 square feet.
