Wrightwood Capital has provided $18.32 million in acquisition financing to San Francisco, Calif.-based D.R. Stephens & Co. for two office buildings in San Jose.
Wrightwood structured a 24-month loan for the properties through Brad Zampa of C&C Capital.
The two-building portfolio is located at 355 & 455 E. Trimble and contains more than 176,000 square feet of office/R&D space. The 455 building contains over 80,000 square feet and is fully-leased to Underwriters Laboratories. The 355 property contains more than 96,000 square feet of office/R&D space and has recently undergone renovations to the first floor.
